07 Apr Boston Garage Equipment – Coronavirus Update
Currently we are continuing to support our customers’ businesses, deemed essential by the UK government, with the majority of staff working remotely.
Thanks to our remote/cloud-based IT systems, our team can be reached as normal during Boston’s standard office hours: 8.30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
Where possible, technical support is being provided remotely. Issues that cannot be resolved remotely, including equipment calibrations, are being analysed on a case by case basis. If an engineer is sent to site, social distancing and hygiene measures will be strictly enforced according to the latest government guidelines.
All sales enquiries and requests for quotations are being responded to promptly but site assessments have been temporarily suspended until further notice.
Regarding deliveries, we continue to have good levels of stock for all garage equipment and spare parts, and our warehouse is still despatching orders.
The health and safety of the Boston team, our agents, customers, and the wider community is our main priority during these difficult times. We would like to thank all our customers for their understanding, support, and the essential work they are carrying out.
