Our ever growing family of companies is looking for Group Sales Director

• Plan and manage the daily activities in order to achieve the set goals and targets
• Identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain good relations with the important customers
• Monitor the project statuses on a regular basis
• Introduce new practices to improve efficiency and quality
• Review the performance of the workers and give suggestions for improvement
• Prepare or assist in preparing the annual reports, financial statements, etc., of the company
• Maintain accurate records and ensure that the company is not breaking any rules or regulations
• Organize training for the employees when necessary
• Conduct market research, analyze the findings and accordingly provide suggestions to improve the business performance
• Work with the managers to prepare budgets, schedules, projects, etc.
• Give presentations and write business plans for clients when required
• Supervise the allocation and distribution of resources among the different teams
• Determine the vision and mission and communicate the same to all the employees
