• In-house repair of customer equipment – carry out service repairs / refurbishments on customer equipment working with the Senior Technical Support Engineer.
• Warranty returns – carry out the inspection, repair and upgrade of all returned parts into the office working with the Senior Technical Support Engineer.
• Technical Support – support our existing field service team, partner engineers and our customer base.
• Service Support Midlands Region – to support the existing midlands network of service engineers as an when required, and manage the local area calibrations.
Applicants must have experience with Windows 10, 7 and XP platforms and show that they can navigate and install devices as a minimum, be able to work within a team environment as well as on their own.
Full clean driving licence
Excellent communication skills
English & Maths qualifications
Hours: 8.30am – 5.000pm
